I have called marnelle home for over a year. Never had a problem, the neighbors pretty much kept to their self but they are friendly as well. The staffs are friendly willing and ready to help in any way they can. The new office staff is the greatest and the maintenance crew keep the ground clean and always on called this is a great place to live.
It's too crowded and kids running everywhere.

Nice quiet neighborhood all the neighbors are nice and you don't have to worry about dogs barking at night or late at night and you don't worry about people yelling at night is a great community and I'm proud to say I lived there
