Not sure about some of the negative reviews a few people left but for me the experience was fantastic. I enjoyed being able to see the property on my own time, which works better in the Atlanta market because the properties move so fast, I was able to get a lock box code and view the property for my self as soon as it hit the market. The staff was super responsive and answered all my questions via email which Is my preferred method of communication anyways.
I have been with the housing group for almost a year now and I really like them. Being a military family, my husband and I had experience a lot with different property managements so I have something to compare. My husband and I found a home to rent from the Housing Group and any maintenance issues are handled...they are great with that. They have property all over so people just need to understand they are working and will get you. I found them to always be nice and professional when ever I need to contact them. We prefer stability and I can see that with the housing group.
This is the most unprofessional property managment company I have ever tried to do business with, I spoke with patricia 1 time on the phone and conveniently enough it was on how to pay the $70 for the application fee and the rest of the times were only through email. I had to pick a time to see the house that "worked with her scedule" which made my wife and I think we were going to actually meet the myth behind all of the emails but....... no. I received a code for the lock box on my phone and seen the property alone, after viewing the property and paying the $70 I tried calling the numbers listed at the bottom of the emails and yep you guessed it.... no answer so I sent a text to the number she had on the emails and still nothing so I tried replying to her email asking about the application and instead of calling me to tell me I wasn't accepted ( not a huge surprise since they just got my money) she emailed me. Do not waste your time or money with these people.
The property was in great shape, properly maintained, I had to put in a maintenance request for a faulty front door lock. They came out quickly and handled the request. To top it all off you can pay rent online. For me it doesn't really get more convenient and professional than this... Five stars.
I have not moved into the property yet. But I have secured the property and will be moving in soon. The application process was handled very professional and in a timely manner. I was skeptical at first because everything was done by email and I'm moving from out of state. But when I drove 3 hrs to complete the application process,I was greeted by Michelle who was very nice ,professional and friendly.I spoke with a lady named Patricia who was also very kind to my mother and myself. I'm sure once I move into the property any of my encounters will be as pleasant as they were in the beginning. I'm looking forward to moving into home . Thank you Housing Group!! They do not like to deal with you after you filed multiple complaints against the property you are renting...the worst experience ever!!!!! I wonder who owns the company b/c Summer Michelle and Raven are the worst and need to be fired they are very unprofessional....also they do not follow the contract Run as far as you can away from this company if you plan on leasing a house!!!!!!!!!!! Lawyers are being contacted and I hope you guys see this!!!!
