This is an older hotel that has been nicely renovated. While there are still a few signs of the building's age, but it's a beautiful hotel regardless. The breakfast is great tasting. It's a great stay for the price!
The elevator going to the second floor opens to the outside and everyone is exposed to the elements...rain, shine, sleet, or snow whatever the elements bring your way.
There is no refuge.
Rooms smelled musty upon entering. Other reviews warned that being on the road side would be very noisy. They were correct. Pool side wasn't much better for other members in our party - along with a window that wouldn't close. The only plus I can give was a decent breakfast.
Super clean. Out of the norm. This is an old lodge with a updated interior. Not bad at all.
Super clean...nice staff! We were in need of a place as we evacuated Florida for Hurricane Irma and this hotel was perfect. The city square across the way is so picturesque too.
