David and his team are truly full service and customer centered . My sons and I wanted to make a ring for my wife from a raw gemstone we had, and David was extremely helpful and very enthusiastic about bringing our idea to life. The ring couldn’t have turned out better - it was phenomenal. We use them for jewelry cleaning and maintenance as well as watch repair. I will only go to them next time I need jewelry. I highly recommend Town Square Jewelers - they are the best!

Today I had an amazing experience at Town Square Jewelers. I was greeted warmly as I entered and was taken care of right away. I needed an expert with my watches and voila there was Alex who took care of the problem. As I waited For Alex who assured me he could take care of the problem , I was blessed to meet and talk to another staff member of the team who truly was a blessing in many ways. I was handled with such professionalism and was grateful I stopped here. Great experience
When I inherited my Mom’s wedding ring, I didn’t want it to sit in my jewelry box. I wanted to wear it and remember her. I decided to combine my Mom’s ring and my wedding ring, but I had no idea what I wanted it to look like. On arriving at Town Square Jewelers, Shelby showed me lots of rings and encouraged me to try on different styles. I still was unsure, so David sketched a couple different designs using the diamonds from both of my rings. With Shelby and David’s help, I selected a design that I absolutely love! When Chris got involved by sending me an email of what my ring would look like in yellow gold or white gold, it made that decision easier. The whole staff guided me through the process and the end result is a ring so beautiful that I get compliments all the time! Thank you!

Really appreciate the courteous and professional staff. My father had a ring stuck on his finger and the Jeweler was able to cut it off very quickly for us, free of charge. They also do an excellent job at repairing and maintaining my wedding ring which we had customized there several years ago. We also love their selection of fine jewelry at very reasonable prices.
